I’m Rachel Basham, a qualified counsellor offering counselling to women aged 18+, online across the UK and in person in Chagford, Dartmoor.

 

I am registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (MNCPS Accred.) and follow their ethical framework, including confidentiality and data protection standards.

• Session records, invoices, and relevant correspondence once we begin working together

• Session notes are anonymised and kept separate from contact information.

• Records are retained for up to seven years after therapy ends, in line with professional guidance, then securely deleted or destroyed.
